Someone reported a typo in one of the files which caused the exclude bots option to not work on the hit counter report.

The fix for the disable login didn’t fix it. So here is a fix for the fix.
I also did some work on the exclude Bot options.

I am using PuTTY as my ssh client (which is probably what most people use) and ascii line drawing has never worked. Today I have had enough of it and one search and 10 minutes later I found the solution.
